Shadow VPN is a great tool to find free VPN Servers. Shadow VPN itself does not provide a VPN connection but it provides you with server details so you can connect with your chosen provider.
Shadow VPN does not take any logs on any of the servers which are listed in the app. These servers also change often in terms of passwords and ports so you will need to update the values through Shadow VPN.
