- Browse your podcasts with the flick of a finger, see new episodes from all your podcasts newest-first or browse by podcast provider or programme.
- Double tap on a program to make it a favourite. It will appear in your favourites list and the latest episodes will download in the background ready to play instantly from anywhere, even if you are offline.
- Select from over 300 of the hottest podcasts to install by simply double tapping. New Podcasts are organised by popularity, genre and podcast provider.
- Also add podcasts by holding down on any podcast link in any app, selecting "share" and "install in Eloquodpod". Or, if you really want to do it the old school way, cut and paste the link in the place provided.
- As a beta feature, we've thrown in a bunch of live radio streams from around the world. Tune in to the BBC (UK), Capital FM (London), 2DayFM (Sydney), ABC Radio National (Australia) and more.
- Airplay compatible so you can beam the audio to your Airplay speakers.
- Quick browse through programmes by holding down a finger for more than a second then letting go when the first letter of the programme you want appears.
- Tap on an episode to play or pause it. Drag two fingers down the screen to skip forward or backwards while playing. It's as easy as that.
- It looks simple, but there's a lot going on under the hood. It's cleverly designed so that your podcasts update without you even noticing.
- Vibrations give subtle cues to help you browse through your podcasts.
- Oh and, true to our original mission to make a truly accessible podcast app, the app still reads aloud the details of your podcasts to you. You can switch this off in settings if you like. But you probably won't. You'll find that it becomes strangely comforting.
- You can also change the voice to a female voice if that's your thing. Have a look in the settings for that and other goodies.
- This is the full version of the app. There are no hidden costs or subscriptions required and the app completely respects your privacy.
