This is what I like to call GTA:SA+. It's a modified version of the original GTA:SA originally for jailbroken devices but now ported to unjailbroken devices, some of the features of this mod are:
Godmode (Never Die)
Unlimited Money
All the weapons in the game with umlimited ammo spawn on Grove Street.
Some really cool vehicles also spawn at Grove Street such as a Tank, Jetpack, Maverick and that really cool Nascar type racing car > just to name a few.
The IPA is currently unsigned so you need to go about signing it yourselves.
DISCLAIMER:

If you want to use this modification you unfortionately will not be able to continue any previous saves you might have already have and will have to start a new game for the mod to work, if you try to continue your current save with this IPA installed the game will crash to the springboard.
