VIDAL for iPhone gives you access to the whole of the VIDAL database on medicines. Available at any time with no internet connexion, this “advanced” tool enables you to consult medicines monographs. It is simple and fast to use.

Data for Vidal iPhone 2010 can be updated twice for free, in June and November 2010. The application may then be used with no time limit.

VIDAL would like to inform users that the application for iPhone contains information obtained from French Agency on the Sanitary Security of Healthcare Products (Afssaps) or EMEA and from other official sources which VIDAL does not replace. VIDAL cannot be held responsible for the lack of information or the presence of inaccurate information when mentioning pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical laboratories alone.
The development and realisation of this application are indeed so complex that VIDAL cannot exclude omissions or the presence of inaccurate information. VIDAL promises to rectify omissions or errors that it’ll have noticed or brought to its attention by users. Moreover, the rapid evolution of the knowledge of medicines requires a regular update of the data contained in this application.

Anyhow, using this application does not dispense healthcare professionals from checking the information available with health authorities or any other official sources of information.
