Problem!Fitness is a simple iPhone application for managing your body and fitness levels. The calculated values represent a rough guide and will serve as an indicator of your comfortable weight. The healthy weight is a very individual thing, so it cannot be calculated by any program or is listed in a table. An active lifestyle and a healthy diet automatically will result an optimal body weight. With this program you have a tool to achieve your goals and to display the results visually. By entering the values: date, weihgt, height, waist circumference, hip circumference, abdomen or thigh fold (and triceps) the following values can be calculated:
-Standard and perfectweight
-Body Mass Index (BMI)
-Waist-hip ratio (WHR)
-Body fat distribution pattern (KVR)
-BMR/total energy transformation
-Fat requirement/ body fat percentage
All measured values are user related and can be displayed graphically over a period. So the user receives a nice overview of his body and fitness level.
